At Centenary we believe in serving both our Centenary community and the community around us in Christian love. We offer several different volunteer and outreach opportunities for you to make a difference in the lives of those around you wherever you choose.
Serving Your Centenary Community
Centenary can always use volunteers in all of our ministry opportunities. Here’s a list of our current opportunities:
- Be a Greeter, Usher, Liturgist, Nursery Helper, Communion Server, etc. in our Sunday morning services
- Teach a Sunday School class or lead a small group study
- Volunteer at Cornerstone Café
- Volunteer with the Care Team
- Volunteer with Stephens Ministries
- Volunteer at our Blood Drives
- Work with students and their families in our various Families Ministries opportunities
- Bring a dish or help serve food at our church dinners

Serving Our Global Community
The United Methodist Church is a global church and since we are United Methodists we have the opportunity to give to different ministries that work on a global scale. Some of those include:
- Haiti Water Plus
- UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief )
- Mozambique Initiative
- Festival of Sharing
